Competitor Timetable for Ladies/Summer Cup week

Friday January 12.

• Track opens for Practice and will be open every day until Ladies race meeting January 19. Track is open 9.00am to 4.00pm each day (there may be periods that maintenance could be required, and track could close for these periods, we will Endeavor to do any maintenance outside the practice times)
• Practice costs are $50.00 per driver, per day ($25.00 for CDKC club members). We will have a 4 day practice pass available from Monday January 15 to Thursday January 18 for $100.00 per driver.

Wednesday January 17 11.00pm

• CMS pre entries close for Ladies and Summer Cup

Friday January 19.

• Canteen open from 7.00am for Breakfast
• Practice for Ladies Trophy entrants only 8.30am to 12.00pm
• 9.30am Late entries for Ladies Trophy close
• 12.15pm. 2018 Ladies Trophy entrants picture, out grid exit. All Drivers. Pink Shirts, race suits and helmets.
• 12.30pm Driver briefing and official Opening, out-grid.
• 1.00pm Qualifying
• 2.15pm Heat 1 for all classes (will commence after qualifying)
• 5.00pm Tyre Draw and Presentation for Fastest Qualifiers. Clubhouse.

Saturday January 20

• Canteen open from 7.00am for Breakfast
• 8.30am Heat 2 commences (typo in Sup regs says 9.30am), Heat 3, Heat 4 and Finals.
• The track will be available for Summer Cup entrants to practice at the completion of Ladies races (if time permits) until 5.00pm
• 5.00pm Presentation
• Charity Auction
• Crowning of the 2018 Charity Princess
• 7.00pm Dinner in the Clubhouse, bookings required by 1.00pm Saturday, Book at the Canteen from Friday. $25.00 adults $15.00 kids under 14

Sunday January 21.

• Canteen open from 7.00am for Breakfast
• 7.15am Late entries close for summer cup
• 8.00am Practice commences for Summer Cup followed by heats and Finals

Proposed Race order (will be dependant on final entries and we are happy to consider adjustments to accommodate multiple entries or family clashes etc, please advise ASAP if this affects you)
